What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, business email, telephone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or rent them.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered by email to info@oscmaroc.com. The website and mailbox are hosted by our hosting provider, who processes the data only to provide that service. We share nothing with other parties unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and delete enquiries that do not lead to an assignment within two years.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp service, which applies its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing info@oscmaroc.com. We apply Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR. You may also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
